This is because we are not robots, we are human. So, take care of your human brain! This isn’t a weakness. It’s the way our brains are wired. Sometimes we need help, and that’s okay. Below are some resources for wellbeing and mental health. These are completely anonymous. Our insurance program’s EAP (Employee Assistance Program) offers programs, most for free or reduced costs, for mental health and counseling, and this includes your family/dependents. It doesn’t have to be work related.
