Dr. Worden is the Medical Director for EMS of LeFlore County. Dr. Worden runs Heartland Medical Direction, which is a medical direction organization that provides medical direction to over 150 Oklahoma EMS agencies, EMRA agencies, 911 com centers, and fire departments.
